  • 2 cups popcorn
  • 2 cups pretzels (Use gluten-free if desired.)
  • 1/2 cup dry roasted peanuts, unsalted
  • 9 oz white chocolate (Dairy-free if desired.)
  • 1 Tablespoon coconut oil
  • to taste Christmas sprinkles (Use any festive sprinkles.)

Instructions

  1. In a large mixing bowl, combine the Chex mix, popcorn, pretzels, and unsalted peanuts.
  2. Using your preferred method, melt the white chocolate along with the coconut oil until smooth.
  3. Slowly pour the melted white chocolate over the snack mixture, stirring to coat all pieces evenly.
  4. Gently fold in the Christmas sprinkles and any additional mix-ins that you’d like.
  5. Spread the mixture onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper and chill in the fridge for at least 30 minutes or until set.
  6. Once set, break into pieces and enjoy your festive treat!
