Easy homemade garlic sausage cheddar balls, inspired by Red Lobster’s famous cheddar bay biscuits.
Ingredients

- 2 cups biscuit mix (like Bisquick)
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1/4 cup cooked crumbled sausage
- 2 tablespoons garlic powder
- 1/4 cup butter, melted
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a large bowl, combine biscuit mix, cheddar cheese, crumbled sausage, and garlic powder.
- Pour in the milk and stir until just combined. Do not overmix.
- Roll the dough into 1-inch balls.
- Place the balls on an ungreased baking sheet.
- Bake for 12-15 minutes, or until golden brown.
- While the balls are baking, melt the butter.
- Brush the baked balls with melted butter.
- Serve warm.
