These garlic parmesan cheeseburger bombs are the ultimate handheld comfort food featuring juicy ground beef, melted cheese, and a buttery garlic-parmesan finish wrapped in soft, golden dough.

- For the filling:
- 500 g ground beef
- 1 onion, finely chopped
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 tablespoon mustard
- 1 tablespoon ketchup
- 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
- 150 g shredded cheddar cheese
- Salt and pepper to taste
- For the dough and topping:
- 1 pizza dough or brioche dough
- 50 g melted butter
- 2 tablespoons grated parmesan
- 1 tablespoon chopped parsley (optional)
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 egg yolk (for egg wash)
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 180°C (350°F).
- Heat olive oil in a skillet, sauté onion and garlic until soft.
- Add ground beef, cook until browned. Stir in mustard, ketchup, Worcestershire, salt, and pepper. Let cool.
- Mix in shredded cheddar once the mixture is cooled.
- Roll out dough and cut into 10 cm circles.
- Add 1 tablespoon of filling per circle, seal into balls.
- Place seam-side down on a baking sheet, brush with egg wash.
- Bake 15–20 minutes until golden.
- Mix melted butter with parmesan, garlic powder, and parsley.
- Brush bombs with the garlic-parmesan butter after baking.
- Let cool slightly, serve with dipping sauce or salad.
