  • 500 g ground beef
  • 1 onion, finely chopped
  • 2 garlic cloves, minced
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon mustard
  • 1 tablespoon ketchup
  • 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 150 g shredded cheddar cheese
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • For the dough and topping:
  • 1 pizza dough or brioche dough
  • 50 g melted butter
  • 2 tablespoons grated parmesan
  • 1 tablespoon chopped parsley (optional)
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 egg yolk (for egg wash)

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 180°C (350°F).
  2. Heat olive oil in a skillet, sauté onion and garlic until soft.
  3. Add ground beef, cook until browned. Stir in mustard, ketchup, Worcestershire, salt, and pepper. Let cool.
  4. Mix in shredded cheddar once the mixture is cooled.
  5. Roll out dough and cut into 10 cm circles.
  6. Add 1 tablespoon of filling per circle, seal into balls.
  7. Place seam-side down on a baking sheet, brush with egg wash.
  8. Bake 15–20 minutes until golden.
  9. Mix melted butter with parmesan, garlic powder, and parsley.
  10. Brush bombs with the garlic-parmesan butter after baking.
  11. Let cool slightly, serve with dipping sauce or salad.
