Ingredients

  • 2 cups broccoli florets
  • 2 cups fresh spinach
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce (optional)
  • 1 teaspoon lemon juice (optional)

Instructions

  1. Heat olive oil in a large pan over medium heat.
  2. Season chicken breasts with salt and pepper, then add to the pan. Cook for about 6-7 minutes on each side or until cooked through.
  3. Remove chicken from the pan and set aside.
  4. Add minced garlic to the same pan and sauté for about 30 seconds.
  5. Add broccoli florets and sauté for about 3-4 minutes until they start to become tender.
  6. Add the fresh spinach and continue to sauté until wilted.
  7. Add the chicken to the pan, add soy sauce and lemon juice if using, and toss everything together.
  8. Cook for an additional 2 minutes until heated through.
  9. Serve warm.
