  • 4 garlic cloves, minced

  • Salt and black pepper, to taste
  • Juice of 1/2 lemon
  • 1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley
  • Lemon wedges, for serving

Instructions

  1. Pat shrimp dry with paper towels. Season with salt and pepper.
  2. In a large skillet over medium heat, melt 2 tablespoons of butter with the olive oil.
  3. Add the minced garlic and red pepper flakes. Cook for 30 seconds until fragrant.
  4. Add shrimp in a single layer. Cook for 1 to 2 minutes per side, or until shrimp turn pink and opaque.
  5. Stir in the remaining butter and lemon juice. Toss well to coat the shrimp in the sauce.
  6. Remove from heat, sprinkle with fresh parsley, and serve with lemon wedges.
