Garlic Butter Beef Bites & Potatoes is a slow cooker comfort food favorite featuring tender beef cubes and baby potatoes simmered in rich garlic butter.
Ingredients

- 2 lbs beef sirloin, cubed
- 4 tablespoons unsalted butter
- 5 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
- 1 teaspoon dried thyme
- 1.5 lbs baby potatoes (Yukon Gold or red)
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley for garnish (optional)
Instructions
- Season cubed beef with salt, pepper, and Worcestershire sauce.
- In a skillet, sear beef on all sides until browned.
- Rinse baby potatoes and halve any larger ones.
- Layer beef in the center of the slow cooker, surround with potatoes.
- Mix melted butter with garlic and thyme; pour over beef and potatoes.
- Cook on low for 6–8 hours or high for 3–4 hours, until beef is tender and potatoes are soft.
- Garnish with chopped parsley before serving.
