- 2 tablespoons Irish whiskey
- 2 tablespoons unsalted butter
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 sprigs fresh rosemary, leaves removed and chopped

- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
Instructions
- Pat the steaks dry with paper towels and season both sides with salt and pepper.
- In a large skillet over medium-high heat, melt the butter. Add the steaks and sear for 3-4 minutes per side, or until a nice crust forms.
- Deglaze the pan with the Irish whiskey, scraping up any browned bits from the bottom of the pan.
- Add the minced garlic and chopped rosemary to the pan. Baste the steaks with the whiskey-butter mixture for 2-3 minutes.
- Remove the pan from heat and let the steaks rest for 5 minutes before serving.
