Description

Create festive and fun Funfetti Halloween Mini Cakes that are perfect for kids and parties. These easy-to-make treats use silicone molds for spooky shapes and are topped with colorful frosting and Halloween sprinkles.


Ingredients

  • 1 box Pillsbury Funfetti Halloween Cake Mix
  • 1 cup water
  • 1/2 cup vegetable oil
  • 3 large eggs
  • 1 container Pillsbury Halloween Funfetti Frosting
  • Assorted Halloween sprinkles or candy eyeballs
  • Non-stick baking spray or butter

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and place silicone molds on a baking sheet.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine cake mix, water, oil, and eggs. Beat for 2 minutes until smooth.
  3. Spray or butter your silicone molds to prevent sticking.
  4. Spoon or pour the batter into each mold, filling about 2/3 full.
  5. Bake for 15–20 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
  6. Allow the Funfetti Halloween mini cakes to cool completely in the molds.
  7. Gently pop the cooled cakes out of the molds.
  8. Decorate the Halloween sprinkle mini cakes with frosting and assorted Halloween sprinkles or candy eyeballs.
  9. Serve immediately or chill for later.

Notes

  • Use a baking tray under silicone molds to keep them level in the oven.
  • Do not overfill the molds; fill only 2/3 full to allow for rising.
  • Let cakes cool completely before removing from molds to prevent tearing.
  • For a crispy edge, place cakes back in the oven (out of the mold) for a few minutes after baking.
