  • 8 pieces 8″ Flour Tortillas
  • ½ cup Sugar
  • ½ TBS Cinnamon
  • 2 pieces Honeycrisp Apples
  • 2 TBS Fresh Squeezed Lemon Juice
  • 2 pieces Kiwis
  • ½ lb Strawberries

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper for easy cleanup.
  2. Melt the butter in a small saucepan over low heat. Brush it generously onto one side of each tortilla.
  3. Combine the sugar and cinnamon in a bowl. Sprinkle this mixture over the buttered side of the tortillas.
  4. Cut the tortillas into triangles and place them in a single layer on the baking sheet.
  5. Bake the chips for about 10-12 minutes, or until golden brown and crunchy.
  6. Prepare the fruit salsa by dicing the honeycrisp apples, kiwis, and strawberries. Mix them with lemon juice.
