- 4 TBS Butter
- 8 pieces 8″ Flour Tortillas
- ½ cup Sugar
- ½ TBS Cinnamon
- 2 pieces Honeycrisp Apples
- 2 TBS Fresh Squeezed Lemon Juice
- 2 pieces Kiwis
- ½ lb Strawberries
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper for easy cleanup.
- Melt the butter in a small saucepan over low heat. Brush it generously onto one side of each tortilla.
- Combine the sugar and cinnamon in a bowl. Sprinkle this mixture over the buttered side of the tortillas.
- Cut the tortillas into triangles and place them in a single layer on the baking sheet.
- Bake the chips for about 10-12 minutes, or until golden brown and crunchy.
- Prepare the fruit salsa by dicing the honeycrisp apples, kiwis, and strawberries. Mix them with lemon juice.
- Serve the warm cinnamon chips alongside the vibrant fruit salsa.
