Instructions
- Start by adding your Greek yogurt into a mixing bowl.
- Scoop in peanut butter, drizzle in honey, and add vanilla extract.
- Blend everything together until smooth, folding in mini chocolate chips if desired.
- Line a muffin tin or a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Use a spoon to fill each mold with the mixture, leaving a little space at the top.
- Place in the freezer for at least 4 hours until completely firm.
