Ingredients
- 1 baguette, sliced into 1/2-inch thick rounds
- 3 tablespoons olive oil, plus more for drizzling
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 4 ripe tomatoes, finely diced
- 1/2 cup fresh basil leaves, chopped
- 1 tablespoon balsamic glaze
- Salt to taste
- Black pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Arrange the baguette slices on a baking sheet. Drizzle lightly with olive oil.
- Bake for 8-10 minutes, or until golden brown and crispy. This creates the perfect base for your fresh bruschetta.
