Savory French dip biscuits filled with roast beef and cheese, perfect for dipping.
Ingredients

- 1 can refrigerated biscuit dough (8 count)
- ½ lb deli roast beef, chopped
- 1 cup shredded provolone or Swiss cheese
- 1 packet au jus gravy mix
- 2 tbsp butter, melted
- Optional: garlic powder or dried parsley for brushing
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Separate biscuits and flatten each into a 4-inch circle using your hands.
- Place 1½–2 tbsp of roast beef and a pinch of cheese in the center. Fold edges over filling and pinch to seal. Place seam-side down on the baking sheet.
- Brush tops with melted butter and sprinkle optional garlic or parsley. Bake for 12–15 minutes until golden brown.
- While baking, whisk au jus mix with water or beef broth according to packet instructions. Keep warm.
- Serve biscuits hot with au jus for dipping. Optional garnish with parsley or additional cheese.
