- 3 cups spinach (fresh or frozen, squeezed dry if frozen)
- 1 cup feta cheese, crumbled
- 3 large eggs
- 1 cup cottage cheese
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon dried oregano or dill
- 0.5 teaspoon salt
- 0.25 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 tablespoon olive oil (for greasing dish)
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F and lightly oil a baking dish.
- In a large mixing bowl, combine spinach, crumbled feta, cottage cheese, eggs, minced garlic, herbs, salt, and pepper. Mix well.
- Spoon the mixture into the prepared baking dish and spread evenly.
- Bake for 35 to 40 minutes, or until the top is golden and the casserole is set.
- Let it cool for 5–10 minutes before slicing and serving.
