- Whipped cream, for decoration

Instructions
- In a large bowl, combine the crushed chocolate wafer cookies and cocoa powder. Mix well.
- In a separate bowl, whip the heavy cream until soft peaks form. Gradually add powdered sugar and vanilla extract, continuing to whip until stiff peaks form.
- Gently fold the whipped cream into the crushed wafer mixture until fully incorporated.
- Line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Spread the wafer mixture into a rectangular shape, about ½ inch thick.
- Place the baking sheet in the refrigerator for about 30 minutes to allow the mixture to set.
- Carefully lift the parchment paper to roll the wafer mixture into a log shape, rolling tightly but gently to avoid cracking.
- Wrap the log in plastic wrap and refrigerate for another 30 minutes to firm up.
- Melt the semi-sweet chocolate chips in a microwave or double boiler until smooth.
- Remove the log from the fridge. Dip or spread the melted chocolate over the entire roll, ensuring it’s evenly coated.
- Return the chocolate-coated roll to the fridge to set for about 15 minutes.
- Slice the roll into pieces and serve with whipped cream and fresh berries for an elegant presentation.
