  • 2 cups powdered sugar
  • 3 tbsp milk (or eggnog for added flavor)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a bundt pan thoroughly with non-stick cooking spray or butter.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, whisk together flour, baking powder, nutmeg, cinnamon, and sugar until well combined.
  3. In another bowl, beat the eggs and softened butter until creamy. Gradually add in eggnog while whisking until smooth.
  4. Slowly fold the wet mixture into the dry ingredients using a spatula until just combined. Pour the batter into the prepared bundt pan.
