- 1 lb Ground Pork
- 3 cups Green Cabbage, chopped
- 2 cups Bok Choy, chopped
- 2 Carrots, julienned or shredded
- 1 cup Mushrooms, chopped (shiitake or button)
- 4 tbsp Soy Sauce
- 2 cloves Garlic, minced
- 2 tbsp Olive Oil
- Salt & Pepper, to taste
Instructions
- Start by washing and chopping your cabbage, bok choy, and carrots. Slice cabbage into thin strips and julienne the carrots.
- Heat 2 tablespoons of olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add the ground pork and brown evenly for about 5-7 minutes.
- Add the minced garlic and sauté for another 1-2 minutes.
- Add your chopped cabbage, bok choy, carrots, and mushrooms. Stir into the pork mixture and cook together for about 5-7 minutes for a tender-crisp texture.
- Season with soy sauce, salt, and pepper. Adjust seasoning according to taste.
- Serve hot, topped with sliced green onions, sesame seeds, or a drizzle of sriracha.
Notes
- Can substitute ground pork with chicken or turkey.
- Add more veggies for extra nutrition.
- Store leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge.
