Ingredients

  • 1 lb Ground Pork
  • 3 cups Green Cabbage, chopped
  • 2 cups Bok Choy, chopped
  • 2 Carrots, julienned or shredded
  • 1 cup Mushrooms, chopped (shiitake or button)
  • 4 tbsp Soy Sauce
  • 2 cloves Garlic, minced
  • 2 tbsp Olive Oil
  • Salt & Pepper, to taste

Instructions

  1. Start by washing and chopping your cabbage, bok choy, and carrots. Slice cabbage into thin strips and julienne the carrots.
  2. Heat 2 tablespoons of olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add the ground pork and brown evenly for about 5-7 minutes.
  3. Add the minced garlic and sauté for another 1-2 minutes.
  4. Add your chopped cabbage, bok choy, carrots, and mushrooms. Stir into the pork mixture and cook together for about 5-7 minutes for a tender-crisp texture.
  5. Season with soy sauce, salt, and pepper. Adjust seasoning according to taste.
  6. Serve hot, topped with sliced green onions, sesame seeds, or a drizzle of sriracha.

  • Can substitute ground pork with chicken or turkey.
