- 3 tablespoons finely chopped dill pickles
- 1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
- 1 tablespoon chopped capers
- 2 teaspoons Dijon mustard
- 1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley

- 1/8 teaspoon black pepper
Instructions
- Finely chop the dill pickles, capers, and parsley.
- In a medium bowl, stir together mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, and lemon juice.
- Add chopped pickles, capers, and parsley into the mixture and stir to combine.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Cover and chill in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes before serving.
