- 4 cups cooked egg noodles

- 2 celery stalks

- 3 garlic cloves

- 8 cups chicken broth

- Salt to taste
- Black pepper to taste
Instructions
- Cook chicken breast in a large pot with chicken broth until cooked through. Remove chicken, shred, and set aside.
- In the same pot, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add chopped onion, carrots, and celery. Cook until softened, about 5-7 minutes.
- Add minced garlic and cook for 1 more minute until fragrant.
- Return shredded chicken to the pot.
- Pour in the chicken broth and bring to a simmer.
- Add cooked egg noodles and simmer for another 5-10 minutes, or until noodles are tender.
- Season with salt and black pepper to taste.
- Stir in fresh parsley before serving.
