Description

These Easter Egg Cheesecake Jars are layered with creamy pastel cheesecake filling, buttery graham cracker crumbs, and whipped topping, all beautifully presented in individual jars. Topped with colorful sprinkles and a chocolate egg, they’re festive, fun, and completely no-bake.


Ingredients

  • 1½ cups graham cracker crumbs
  • ½ cup melted butter
  • 2 tablespoons sugar
  • 2 (8 oz) blocks cream cheese, softened
  • ¾ cup powdered sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 cup cold heavy whipping cream
  • Gel food coloring (pastel pink, yellow, blue, purple)
  • Whipped cream or topping
  • Sprinkles
  • Chocolate Easter eggs

Instructions

  1. Stir graham cracker crumbs, melted butter, and sugar together. Set aside.
  2. Beat cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla until smooth. In a separate bowl, whip the cream to stiff peaks. Fold into the cream cheese mixture.
  3. Divide filling into 4 bowls and tint each with pastel food coloring.
  4. Layer crust and colored cheesecake mixtures in jars, alternating colors. Repeat until jars are filled.
  5. Pipe whipped cream on top, add a chocolate egg, and finish with sprinkles.
