- 1½ cups graham cracker crumbs
- ½ cup melted butter
- 2 tablespoons sugar
- 2 (8 oz) blocks cream cheese, softened
- ¾ cup powdered sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 cup cold heavy whipping cream
- Gel food coloring (pastel pink, yellow, blue, purple)
- Whipped cream or topping
- Sprinkles
- Chocolate Easter eggs
Instructions
- Stir graham cracker crumbs, melted butter, and sugar together. Set aside.
- Beat cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla until smooth. In a separate bowl, whip the cream to stiff peaks. Fold into the cream cheese mixture.
- Divide filling into 4 bowls and tint each with pastel food coloring.
- Layer crust and colored cheesecake mixtures in jars, alternating colors. Repeat until jars are filled.
- Pipe whipped cream on top, add a chocolate egg, and finish with sprinkles.
