- 1 1/2 cups granulated sugar

- 2 cups powdered sugar
- 2–3 tablespoons milk
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
- Gel food coloring (pastel pink, yellow, blue, purple)
- Pastel sprinkles
- Sanding sugar
- Mini candy pearls
- Edible glitter
Instructions
- Whisk flour, baking powder, and salt in a bowl.
- Beat butter and sugar until light and fluffy.
- Mix in egg and vanilla until smooth.
- Gradually add dry ingredients until a soft dough forms. Do not overmix.
- Wrap dough and refrigerate for at least 1 hour.
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Roll dough to 1/4-inch thickness and cut bunny shapes.
- Bake 8–10 minutes until edges are lightly golden. Cool completely.
- Mix powdered sugar, milk, and vanilla until smooth. Tint with pastel gel colors.
- Ice cooled cookies and add sprinkles before icing sets.
- Allow icing to harden completely before stacking or packaging.
