- 2 large chicken breasts
- 1 cup white long-grain rice (uncooked)
- 1 can (10.5 oz) cream of chicken soup
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 2 cups chicken broth
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon paprika
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 2 tablespoons fresh parsley (optional, chopped)
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F and lightly grease a 9×13-inch baking dish with olive oil.
- In the baking dish, mix rice, cream of chicken soup, sour cream, chicken broth, onion powder, garlic powder, salt, and pepper until smooth.
- Place chicken breasts on top of the rice mixture and sprinkle with paprika.
- Cover the dish tightly with foil and bake for 45 minutes.
- Uncover and continue baking for 15 to 20 minutes until the rice is tender and chicken is fully cooked.
- Remove from the oven and let the dish rest for 5 minutes.
- Garnish with fresh parsley and serve warm.
