- 10 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled
- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- 8 oz cheddar cheese, freshly grated (about 1/2 cup shredded)
- 1/2 cup dill pickles, finely diced
- 1 tablespoon pickle juice
- 1 tablespoon fresh dill, chopped
- 2 tablespoons green onions, diced
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon coarse black pepper
Instructions
- Cook bacon in a skillet, oven, or air fryer until crispy. Let cool, then crumble into small pieces.
- In a large bowl, combine softened cream cheese, shredded cheddar, diced pickles, pickle juice, fresh dill, garlic powder, and black pepper. Mix until fully combined.
- In a separate bowl, mix crumbled bacon and diced green onions.
- Scoop 1 tablespoon of the cream cheese mixture and roll into a ball. Repeat to make 16 uniform balls.
- Roll each ball into the bacon mixture until evenly coated. Place on a serving tray and refrigerate at least 30 minutes before serving.
