- 0.5 cup Peanut Butter (Almond butter is a great alternative.)
- 1 tbsp Maple Syrup (Agave nectar or honey can be used as substitutes.)
- 1 tbsp Coconut Oil (Vegetable oil can be used if allergic.)
Instructions
- Prepare the Muffin Tin: Line a muffin tin with paper or silicone cupcake liners.
- Mix the Filling: Combine peanut butter with maple syrup until mixed, then freeze for 20 minutes.
- Shape the Peanut Butter: Roll the mixture into 12 small balls and freeze for another 5-10 minutes.
- Melt the Chocolate: Melt dark chocolate with coconut oil until smooth, stirring occasionally.
- Fill the Cups: Add 2-3 teaspoons of melted chocolate to the bottom of each muffin cup.
- Add the Filling: Flatten each peanut butter ball and place one in each cup, topping with more chocolate.
- Freeze and Store: Freeze for 20 minutes or until set, then store at room temperature or in the fridge.
