Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line an 8×8-inch baking pan with parchment paper.
- In a bowl, mix melted dairy-free butter and brown sugar until smooth.
- Add vanilla extract and eggs, whisking well.
- Stir in flour, baking powder, and salt until just combined.
- Fold in dairy-free chocolate chips.
- Spread batter evenly into the prepared pan.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
- Let cool before cutting into squares.
