- 4 cups grated zucchini
- 1 cup shredded cheese (cheddar or mozzarella)
- 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
- 3 large eggs
- 1/2 cup chopped onion
- 1/4 cup milk
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon dried oregano
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large bowl, combine the grated zucchini, chopped onion, and salt. Let it sit for 10 minutes to release excess moisture.
- After 10 minutes, squeeze out the excess moisture from the zucchini mixture.
- Add the eggs, milk, cheese, flour, black pepper, garlic powder, and oregano to the zucchini mixture. Mix well until combined.
- Pour the mixture into a greased pie dish.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 30-35 minutes or until the top is golden brown and a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
- Let it cool for a few minutes before slicing and serving.
