- 3 cloves fresh garlic, minced
- 1 cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 cup panko breadcrumbs
- 1 cup dill pickles, sliced
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- ½ cup mayonnaise
- 2 tbsp dill pickle juice
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and spray a baking dish with nonstick cooking spray.
- Pat dry the chicken breasts and season generously with salt and pepper.
- In one bowl, combine panko breadcrumbs and Parmesan cheese. In another bowl, mix minced garlic with olive oil.
