Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 450 degrees F.
- Slice your baguette on the diagonal into pieces no wider than ½-inch.
- Place the slices in a single layer on your baking sheet. Do not overcrowd; instead bake in batches if necessary.
- Rub each side of the sliced baguette pieces with peeled garlic clove. Cut off the tip to make it juicier.
- Lightly brush both sides of each slice with olive oil.
- Place the baking sheet into the preheated oven’s middle rack and bake for 6 to 9 minutes, or until they’re crisp and golden on top.
- Transfer the toasts to a serving platter for immediate use or a storage container.
