Instructions
- In a small bowl, combine dijon mustard, salted butter, and honey. Stir until smooth to create a tangy and sweet spread that will elevate your croissants.
- Cut the croissants in half lengthwise to create a pocket for the fillings.
- Generously spread the mustard mixture on the insides of each croissant half.
- Place cheese, ham, and bacon inside the croissants, distributing them evenly.
- Whisk together eggs, a splash of milk, salt, and pepper until combined.
