Instructions

  1. In a small bowl, combine dijon mustard, salted butter, and honey. Stir until smooth to create a tangy and sweet spread that will elevate your croissants.
  2. Cut the croissants in half lengthwise to create a pocket for the fillings.
  3. Generously spread the mustard mixture on the insides of each croissant half.
  4. Place cheese, ham, and bacon inside the croissants, distributing them evenly.
