Ingredients

  • 2.5 lbs pork tenderloin (two pieces)
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • ¼ teaspoon black pepper
  • ¼ teaspoon cayenne pepper
  • ¼ teaspoon dried parsley
  • 3 garlic cloves (minced)
  • ½ cup beef broth
  • ½ cup BBQ sauce
  • ¼ cup soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons brown sugar
  • 24 teaspoons corn starch
  • Chopped parsley (for topping)

Instructions

  1. Pat the pork tenderloins dry with paper towels, then season evenly with salt, pepper, cayenne pepper, and dried parsley. Transfer them to the slow cooker.
  2. In a bowl, whisk together the minced garlic, beef broth, BBQ sauce, soy sauce, brown sugar, and cornstarch. Pour the mixture over the tenderloins.
  3. Cover and cook on low for 3–4 hours or high for 2 hours, until the pork reaches an internal temperature of at least 145°F.
  4. Slice the tenderloins just before serving and finish with a sprinkle of fresh parsley.
