Crockpot Ham and Potato Casserole is a hearty dish perfect for any meal.

- 4 cups potatoes, peeled and diced
- 2 cups cooked ham, diced
- 1 cup onion, chopped
- 2 cups shredded cheese (cheddar or your choice)
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 teaspoon salt
- ½ cup milk
Instructions
- Grease the inside of the crockpot with cooking spray or butter to prevent sticking.
- Layer half of the diced potatoes on the bottom of the crockpot.
- Spread half of the diced ham over the potatoes.
- Sprinkle half of the chopped onions over the ham layer.
- Sprinkle half of the shredded cheese on top of the onions.
- Repeat the layering process with the remaining potatoes, ham, onions, and cheese.
- In a separate bowl, combine the cream of mushroom soup, sour cream, garlic powder, black pepper, salt, and milk. Mix until smooth.
- Pour the sauce evenly over the layered ingredients in the crockpot.
- Cover the crockpot and cook on low for 6-8 hours or on high for 3-4 hours until the potatoes are tender.
- Ensure that the potatoes are cooked through and the cheese is melted and bubbly.
- Once cooked, stir gently to combine the layers before serving.

- This casserole can be prepared ahead of time and cooked later.
