Crockpot Garlic Butter Steak Bites are easy to prepare and packed with flavor.
Ingredients

- 1 large onion, sliced
- 1 (1-ounce) packet au jus seasoning
- 3 pounds chuck roast, cut into 1–1½-inch cubes
- 1 tablespoon steak seasoning
- ¼ cup butter
- 8 cloves garlic, minced (or more to taste)
- ¾ cup beef broth
- 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped
Instructions
- Layer the sliced onions evenly in the bottom of the slow cooker and sprinkle with the au jus seasoning.
- Toss the cubed chuck roast with steak seasoning until evenly coated. Place the beef on top of the onions.
- Scatter the butter and minced garlic over the beef, then pour the beef broth around the edges.
- Cover and cook on Low for 6 hours, or until the steak bites are fork-tender.
- Stir gently and finish with fresh parsley just before serving.
