Description

Crockpot Garlic Butter Steak Bites are easy to prepare and packed with flavor.


Ingredients

  • 1 large onion, sliced
  • 1 (1-ounce) packet au jus seasoning
  • 3 pounds chuck roast, cut into 1-inch cubes
  • 1 tablespoon steak seasoning
  • ¼ cup butter
  • 8 cloves garlic, minced (or more to taste)
  • ¾ cup beef broth
  • 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped

Instructions

  1. Layer the sliced onions evenly in the bottom of the slow cooker and sprinkle with the au jus seasoning.
  2. Toss the cubed chuck roast with steak seasoning until evenly coated. Place the beef on top of the onions.
  3. Scatter the butter and minced garlic over the beef, then pour the beef broth around the edges.
  4. Cover and cook on Low for 6 hours, or until the steak bites are fork-tender.
  5. Stir gently and finish with fresh parsley just before serving.
