- 12 ounces fresh cranberries
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 1 orange, zested and juiced
- 2 cinnamon sticks
- 4 whole cloves
Instructions
- Add the cranberries, sugar, orange zest and juice, cinnamon sticks, and whole cloves to a 4-quart or larger slow cooker. Stir to combine.
- Cook on low for 4-6 hours, stirring occasionally, until the cranberries have broken down and the jam has thickened.
- Remove the cinnamon sticks and cloves. Use an immersion blender or potato masher to mash the jam to your desired consistency.
- Transfer the jam to sterilized jars or containers and let cool completely before refrigerating.
