Description
This Crockpot Candy recipe is an easy, delicious treat made with only three ingredients.
Ingredients

- 32 ounces dry roasted salted peanuts
- 32 ounces white almond bark, broken into pieces
- 18 ounces semi-sweet chocolate chips
- Sprinkles (optional)
Instructions
- Line four large cookie sheets with parchment or wax paper and set aside.
- Sprinkle the peanuts in an even layer in the bottom of a 5-quart or larger crockpot.
- Top with the white almond bark and semi-sweet chocolate chips. Do not stir.
- Cover the Crockpot and cook on low for 1 hour without stirring.
- After the first hour, stir the peanuts and chocolate mixture well. Continue cooking for another hour, stirring every 20 minutes.
- Drop heaped tablespoons of the mixture onto the prepared cookie sheets. Add sprinkles if desired.
- Refrigerate for 20-30 minutes, or until the chocolate has set and hardened.
