This crockpot beer cheese dip is rich, creamy, and packed with cozy flavor, all made right in the slow cooker.
Ingredients

- 16 ounces cream cheese, cubed and softened
- 3 cups shredded sharp cheddar cheese
- ¾ cup beer (lager or ale)
- 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
- 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
- ½ teaspoon garlic powder
- ¼ teaspoon smoked paprika
- Scallions and crumbled bacon for topping
Instructions
- Place the cream cheese in the slow cooker.
- Top with the shredded cheeses.
- Pour in the beer, then stir in the Dijon mustard, Worcestershire sauce, garlic powder, and smoked paprika.
- Cover and cook on low for 2 to 3 hours or on high for 1 to 1½ hours, stirring every 30 minutes, until smooth and fully melted.
- Give it a final stir before serving and switch the slow cooker to warm.
