- 1 bag (32 oz) frozen fully-cooked meatballs (beef or turkey)
- 1 jar (18 oz) barbecue sauce (any brand – smoky or spicy)
- 1 jar (16 oz) peach preserves or peach jam
- ½ teaspoon garlic powder
- ¼ teaspoon ground ginger (optional)
Instructions
- In a bowl, combine barbecue sauce, peach preserves, garlic powder, and ground ginger. Stir until smooth.
- Place frozen meatballs directly into the crockpot—no need to thaw.
- Pour the sauce mixture over the meatballs, stirring to coat evenly.
- Cover and cook on LOW for 4–5 hours or on HIGH for 2–3 hours, stirring once halfway through.
- Once heated through and the sauce is bubbly, serve warm as an appetizer, over rice, or in sandwiches.
