Description
These Crispy Tofu Lettuce Wraps are light, crunchy, and packed with flavor. With golden tofu, fresh veggies, and a creamy peanut-lime drizzle, they’re the perfect plant-based lunch or appetizer.
Ingredients

- 1 block (14 oz) firm tofu, pressed and cubed
- 2 tablespoons cornstarch
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons olive oil or neutral oil
- 8–10 butter lettuce leaves
- 1 medium carrot, julienned
- 3–4 radishes, thinly sliced
- 1 cup shredded cabbage
- 2 green onions, thinly sliced
- Handful of fresh cilantro
- 2 tablespoons peanut butter
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon lime juice
- 1 teaspoon maple syrup
- 1 teaspoon sriracha or chili paste (optional)
- 1–2 tablespoons warm water, to thin
Instructions
- Heat a nonstick skillet over medium-high heat.
- Toss tofu with soy sauce and cornstarch until coated.
- Add oil to the pan and cook tofu until golden and crispy on all sides, about 3–4 minutes per side.
- While tofu cooks, prepare the sauce by whisking together peanut butter, soy sauce, lime juice, maple syrup, sriracha, and warm water until smooth.
- Lay out lettuce leaves and fill each with tofu, carrots, radishes, cabbage, green onions, and cilantro.
- Drizzle generously with sauce and serve immediately.
