- 1 teaspoon smoked paprika

Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).
- Wash and peel the potatoes thoroughly, then slice them thinly (about 1/8-inch thick) using a mandoline or sharp knife.
- In a mixing bowl, combine potato slices with olive oil, salt, black pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, and smoked paprika. Toss well to coat evenly.
- Lightly grease each muffin cup in a muffin tin. Stack the seasoned potato slices in each cup, overlapping slightly.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes until crispy and golden brown.
- Allow to cool for a few minutes before removing from the muffin tin. Garnish with freshly chopped chives and serve warm.
