Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Season the chicken breasts with salt, pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, and paprika.
  3. In three separate shallow dishes, place the flour in one, the beaten eggs in another, and the breadcrumbs in the third.
  4. Dredge each chicken breast in the flour, shaking off the excess, then dip it in the beaten eggs, and finally coat it with breadcrumbs, pressing gently to adhere.
  5. Heat oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Once hot, add the breaded chicken breasts and cook for about 4-5 minutes on each side, or until golden brown and cooked through.
