- 1 teaspoon dried herbs (such as oregano or Italian seasoning)

Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper or a silicone mat.
- In a medium bowl, combine the cottage cheese, grated Parmesan, garlic powder, onion powder, dried herbs, salt, and pepper. Stir until well blended.
- Using a spoon or small ice cream scoop, place small mounds of the mixture onto the prepared baking sheet, leaving about 2 inches apart. Flatten slightly with the back of the spoon.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes or until edges are golden brown and crispy. Watch closely to avoid burning.
- Remove from the oven and let cool on the baking sheet for a few minutes before transferring to a wire rack.
