- 2 lbs chicken wings, split and tips removed
- 1 tablespoon baking powder (aluminum-free)
- 2 tablespoons ranch seasoning mix
- ½ teaspoon garlic powder
- ½ teaspoon onion powder
- ½ teaspoon smoked paprika
- Salt, to taste
- Freshly ground black pepper, to taste
- Cooking spray or olive oil spray
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C). Line a large baking sheet with parchment paper or foil and place a wire rack on top. Lightly spray the rack with cooking spray.
- Pat the chicken wings dry with paper towels.
- In a large mixing bowl, combine baking powder, ranch seasoning, garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper. Toss the wings in this mixture until evenly coated.
- Place the wings in a single layer on the wire rack. Bake for 25 minutes, then flip and bake for another 20-25 minutes until golden and crisp.
- Remove from the oven and let them rest for 5 minutes before serving.
Notes
- Serve with ranch dressing or your favorite dipping sauce.
- Wings can be seasoned and stored in the refrigerator for a few hours before baking.
