Description
This White Chocolate Cranberry Fudge is creamy, festive, and easy to make. Studded with tart dried cranberries, it’s perfect for holiday gifting, dessert trays, or snacking.

- 2 cups granulated sugar
- ¾ cup full-fat sour cream
- ½ cup unsalted butter
- ½ teaspoon fine sea salt
- 1 cup white chocolate chips (or 6 oz chopped white chocolate)
- 7 oz marshmallow crème (1 jar or marshmallow fluff)
- 1 teaspoon clear vanilla extract
- 5 oz dried cranberries
Instructions
- Line a 9×13-inch baking dish with foil and lightly spray with nonstick cooking spray.
- In a heavy saucepan, combine sugar, sour cream, butter, and salt. Stir frequently over medium heat until it comes to a boil.
- Continue cooking, stirring occasionally, until the mixture reaches 238°F on a candy thermometer.
- Remove from heat and stir in white chocolate chips until completely melted and smooth.
- Stir in the marshmallow crème and clear vanilla extract until fully combined.
- Gently mix in the dried cranberries until evenly distributed.
- Pour the fudge mixture into the prepared pan and smooth the top.
- Let cool to room temperature, then refrigerate for at least 4 hours or until fully set. Cut into squares and serve.
