Creamy Pumpkin Tiramisu is a no-bake fall dessert combining classic tiramisu layers with spiced pumpkin, mascarpone, and espresso-soaked ladyfingers.

- 1 cup mascarpone cheese
- 1 cup pumpkin puree
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1/2 cup powdered sugar
- 1 1/2 teaspoons pumpkin pie spice
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 24 ladyfinger cookies
- 1 cup brewed espresso or strong coffee, cooled
- 2 tablespoons unsweetened cocoa powder
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix mascarpone cheese, pumpkin puree, powdered sugar, pumpkin pie spice, and vanilla until smooth.
- In a separate bowl, whip heavy cream to stiff peaks and fold gently into the pumpkin mixture.
- Pour coffee into a shallow dish. Quickly dip each ladyfinger for 1 second per side.
- Layer dipped ladyfingers in a dish, followed by half of the pumpkin cream.
- Repeat with remaining ladyfingers and top with the rest of the cream.
- Cover and refrigerate for at least 6 hours or overnight.
- Dust with cocoa powder before serving.
