  • 1/2 cup Grated Parmesan cheese

Instructions

  1. Gather Ingredients: Start by prepping all your ingredients.
  2. Preheat Oven: Set your oven to 400°F.
  3. Roast Garlic: Cut the tops off each head of garlic, drizzle with olive oil, sprinkle with salt and pepper, wrap in foil and roast for 45 to 50 minutes.
  4. Prepare Garlic Paste: Once cool, unwrap the garlic, squeeze the cloves into a bowl and mash into a paste.
  5. Melt Butter: In a pan over medium-low heat, melt the unsalted butter.
  6. Combine Pumpkin and Garlic: Add pumpkin puree and roasted garlic paste to the pan and stir.
  7. Season the Sauce: Stir in chicken base, Italian seasoning, salt, and black pepper.
