A delightful creamy pasta salad featuring small pasta noodles, peas, and bacon, all tossed in a rich dressing.
Ingredients

- 12 oz small pasta noodles
- 2 cup frozen peas (thawed)
- 12 oz thick cut beef bacon (cooked and chopped)
- 1/2 cup freshly grated parmesan cheese
- 3/4 cup mayonnaise
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tbsp apple cider vinegar
- 1 tsp granulated sugar (to taste)
- 1 tsp salt (to taste)
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder (to taste)
- 1/2 tsp onion powder (to taste)
- 1/4 tsp black pepper (to taste)
Instructions
- Cook pasta according to package instructions; drain and cool.
- In a bowl, combine cooked pasta, peas, beef bacon, and parmesan.
- In a separate bowl, whisk together mayonnaise, olive oil, vinegar, sugar, salt, garlic powder, onion powder, and black pepper.
- Pour dressing over pasta mixture and stir to combine.
- Chill in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes before serving.
