- 1 pound ground beef
- Salt and black pepper
- Italian seasoning
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 4 cloves garlic (minced)
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 cup chicken broth
- 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- Fresh parsley (for garnish)
Instructions
- Cook the spaghetti in salted boiling water until al dente; drain and set aside.
- In a mixing bowl, combine ground beef with salt, pepper, and Italian seasoning. Form into 1-inch meatballs.
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat; brown the meatballs on all sides and remove from the skillet.
- Sauté minced garlic in the same skillet until fragrant.
- Add heavy cream and chicken broth; bring to a simmer and mix well. If desired, thicken with cornstarch slurry.
- Return meatballs to the skillet and simmer for 10-12 minutes until cooked through. Stir in Parmesan cheese.
- Toss cooked spaghetti with the meatballs and sauce until well coated.
- Serve garnished with fresh parsley.
