Description

Creamy Crab Imperial is a rich seafood dish made with lump crab meat and a seasoned mayonnaise base, baked to golden perfection.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 8 oz lump crab meat
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 large egg
  • 1 tsp Dijon mustard
  • 1/2 tsp Old Bay seasoning
  • 1 tsp lemon juice
  • 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 tbsp chopped fresh parsley
  • 1/4 cup panko breadcrumbs (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Lightly grease ramekins or a small baking dish.
  2. In a medium bowl, mix together mayonnaise, egg, Dijon mustard, lemon juice, Worcestershire sauce, Old Bay seasoning, and parsley until smooth.
  3. Gently fold the lump crab meat into the mixture using a spatula, being careful not to break up the crab pieces.
  4. Spoon the mixture into the prepared ramekins or dish. If using, sprinkle panko breadcrumbs on top.
  5. Bake for 20–25 minutes or until the tops are golden and bubbly.
  6. Garnish with extra parsley and serve immediately while hot.
