Creamy Crab Imperial is a rich seafood dish made with lump crab meat and a seasoned mayonnaise base, baked to golden perfection.

- 8 oz lump crab meat
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 1 large egg
- 1 tsp Dijon mustard
- 1/2 tsp Old Bay seasoning
- 1 tsp lemon juice
- 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
- 1 tbsp chopped fresh parsley
- 1/4 cup panko breadcrumbs (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Lightly grease ramekins or a small baking dish.
- In a medium bowl, mix together mayonnaise, egg, Dijon mustard, lemon juice, Worcestershire sauce, Old Bay seasoning, and parsley until smooth.
- Gently fold the lump crab meat into the mixture using a spatula, being careful not to break up the crab pieces.
- Spoon the mixture into the prepared ramekins or dish. If using, sprinkle panko breadcrumbs on top.
- Bake for 20–25 minutes or until the tops are golden and bubbly.
- Garnish with extra parsley and serve immediately while hot.
