Instructions
- Wash limes thoroughly, then quarter them (peel stays on).
- In a blender, combine limes, cold water, sugar, and blend for 20–30 seconds.
- Strain mixture through a fine mesh sieve into a pitcher to remove pulp and rind.
- Stir in coconut milk and sweetened condensed milk until smooth.
