This Coconut Milk Brazilian Lemonade is a tropical twist on the classic Brazilian limeade—ultra creamy, slightly tangy, and naturally sweet.

  • ½ cup canned coconut milk (full-fat for creaminess)
  • to ½ cup sweetened condensed milk or dairy-free alternative
  • 24 tablespoons sugar or sweetener of choice (adjust to taste)

Instructions

  1. Wash limes thoroughly, then quarter them (peel stays on).
  2. In a blender, combine limes, cold water, sugar, and blend for 20–30 seconds.
  3. Strain mixture through a fine mesh sieve into a pitcher to remove pulp and rind.
  4. Stir in coconut milk and sweetened condensed milk until smooth.
