  • 2 tablespoons Olive Oil (Brush on each side)
  • 1 package Garlic and Fine Herbs Boursin Cheese (The star ingredient)
  • 2 cups Roma Tomato (Finely diced)
  • 1 cup Shredded Mozzarella (Adds creaminess)
  • ¼ cup Fresh Basil (Chopped)
  • ¼ cup Minced Red Onion (For balance)
  • 2 tablespoons Balsamic Reduction or Glaze (Drizzle for finish)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the Oven to 350℉ (175℃). Line a baking sheet with a silicone mat or parchment paper.
  2. Brush both sides of each baguette slice with olive oil and lay on the baking sheet. Bake for 5 minutes and let cool slightly.
  3. Mix Boursin cheese, diced tomatoes, mozzarella, basil, and onion in a bowl until well combined.
  4. Pour mixture into a piping bag and pipe onto toasted baguette slices or spread using a knife.
  5. Return to oven and bake for 12-16 minutes until edges are golden brown. Drizzle with balsamic reduction before serving.
