- 1 baguette Baguette (Slice into ½” rounds)
- 2 tablespoons Olive Oil (Brush on each side)
- 1 package Garlic and Fine Herbs Boursin Cheese (The star ingredient)
- 2 cups Roma Tomato (Finely diced)
- 1 cup Shredded Mozzarella (Adds creaminess)
- ¼ cup Fresh Basil (Chopped)
- ¼ cup Minced Red Onion (For balance)
- 2 tablespoons Balsamic Reduction or Glaze (Drizzle for finish)
- to taste Salt
- to taste Black Pepper
Instructions
- Preheat the Oven to 350℉ (175℃). Line a baking sheet with a silicone mat or parchment paper.
- Brush both sides of each baguette slice with olive oil and lay on the baking sheet. Bake for 5 minutes and let cool slightly.
- Mix Boursin cheese, diced tomatoes, mozzarella, basil, and onion in a bowl until well combined.
- Pour mixture into a piping bag and pipe onto toasted baguette slices or spread using a knife.
- Return to oven and bake for 12-16 minutes until edges are golden brown. Drizzle with balsamic reduction before serving.
