Creamy BLT dip loaded with crispy bacon, fresh tomatoes, and crunchy lettuce.
Ingredients

- 12 oz bacon
- 1 cup mayonnaise
- 1 cup sour cream
- 2 plum tomatoes (chopped)
- 1 cup iceberg lettuce (shredded)
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- ½ teaspoon onion powder
- ½ teaspoon paprika
Instructions
- Clean and rinse the tomatoes and lettuce under cold water.
- Slice the tomatoes into small chunks and set aside until needed.
- Slice or grate the lettuce to make shredded lettuce.
- Chop the bacon into small pieces.
- Cook the bacon over medium heat until crunchy, about 10-12 minutes, stirring occasionally.
- Once finished, remove the bacon from the pan using a slotted spoon or skimmer and place it on a paper towel-lined plate to drain any excess grease.
- Reserve a small amount of bacon, tomatoes, and shredded lettuce, then set them aside to use as a garnish.
- Add the sour cream, mayonnaise, garlic powder, onion powder, and paprika to a mixing bowl, then combine with a rubber spatula or whisk.
- Add the remaining tomatoes, lettuce, and cooked bacon to the mayonnaise mixture.
- Use a rubber spatula to gently fold the ingredients until they are evenly coated and combined.
- For best results, allow 30 minutes for the flavors to meld.
