- 1 lb hot sausage, uncooked
- 1 (8-oz) package cream cheese, softened
- 1¼ cups Bisquick
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400ºF (200ºC).
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the hot sausage, cream cheese, Bisquick, and shredded cheddar cheese. Mix well until fully incorporated.
- Use a cookie scoop to form 1-inch balls with the sausage mixture. Place the balls on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Bake for 18–22 minutes or until golden brown. The internal temperature should reach 160ºF (71ºC) when fully cooked.
- Remove from the oven and let cool slightly before serving.
